Fundraiser Team Borneo

TEAM BORNEO

Team Borneo comprises of 15 Cranbourne Secondary Students who are working towards raising funds to support their trip to Borneo in December 2019. In Borneo, the students will be participating in environmental protection work which involves replanting saplings in areas affected by deforestation, as Borneo is one of the major areas where forest is being ploughed to the ground to make was for palm oil plantations, which you may know have caused many injuries and deaths among Orangutans.

They may also be involved in kindergarten development and water sanitation projects.

Team Borneo have spent the last year fundraising for their trip in December 2019. They have  participated in several trivia nights

and small fundraisers around Cranbourne Secondary College, with an upcoming sausage sizzle at Bunnings Cranbourne on the 4th November

 One of the fundraising opportunities they have come across is the Lunar Drive in. As you can see from the flyer there are some fantastic specials that you might like to take advantage of during these school holidays.
