2023 ENROLMENT APPLICATIONS FOR ALL YEAR LEVELS 

The college welcomes prospective parents and students to our community! We know that making a decision about finding the ‘right’ secondary college is important. YEAR 7 2023 INFORMATION

The college has sent letters of offer to families of those students who will be commencing Year 7 in 2023 on Wednesday August 3, via email. 

 

The college has limited places for Year 7 in 2023. If you have a child who will be commencing Year 7 in 2023 or know of a family considering enrolment at the college, please do not hesitate to contact the college via email to complete an application.

YEAR 11 RECOMMITMENT - 2023

 A letter to Year 10 families was emailed on August 1. We asked that you do the following:

  1. Read the Enrolment Agreement.
  2. Read, sign and return the recommitment form below.
  3. Pay the non-refundable deposit of $300.00.

 

By submitting the form and the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read the Enrolment Agreement and agree to all the terms contained in this document. The form and deposit should be returned to the college office by COB Friday August 12, 2022. This non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your 2023 fees

Have you moved house? Do you have a new phone number or email address?

 

If so, please remember to email your updated details to admissions@sjcmda.vic.edu.au. We must have your most current information in case of an emergency. It is also essential that you keep your mobile phone number and email address details up to date on PAM. This ensures you do not miss out on vital information, including student attendance alerts.

STUDENT WITHDRAWAL

All families agree in writing to abide by the college's policies and procedures upon enrolment of their child. 

 

Please get in touch by emailing admissions@sjcmda.vic.edu.au if you need to give the college notice of your family leaving the district or of your intention to withdraw your child/ren from the college.
