Les Twentyman

Leadership Incursion

Les Twentyman Leadership Incursion for

Grade 5/6 Students

Our grade 5 and 6 students will have the privilege and honour to work with the Les Twentyman Foundation as part of their unit on leadership this term.

On Thursday 19th March, and for 5KT on Friday 20th March, community leaders from the Les Twentyman Foundation will be volunteering their time to teach our Grade 5 and 6 students about their leadership potential. This will be an engaging way for our students to reflect on their qualities as a leader and think about changes they can make in the lives of others.

The Les Twentyman Foundation (formerly the 20th Man Fund) is a charity that provides crucial support services for young people and their families in our community. The Les Twentyman Foundation programs and services cover education-support, sports and recreation, counselling, personal development, life–experiences and employment pathways.

As a school community we would love to show our support for the work they do and thank them for supporting our students with such a fabulous program. Therefore, we are asking if families could please consider making a cash donation to the school that will be collected and presented to the Les Twentyman Foundation on behalf of our community.

Donations are to be collected by Friday 27th March

Please note: there is no obligation to donate, this is just a chance to show our appreciation to this fantastic charity for providing this program to our students.

Please place money in a sealed envelope with the following details written inside: Name, Grade,  Donation.

If you would like to continue to support the Les Twentyman Foundation or learn more about what they do, please visit https://www.ltfoundation.com.au/

We thank you for your generosity.
