Hi parents, guardians, staff and friends!
We continue to welcome all new children and families to TheirCare this term and we are very happy to be getting huge numbers of children each morning and afternoon and meeting more and more of the brilliant people in this beautiful FWPS community!
This week our theme was The Multicultural Week! Children did a huge range of activities learning about different cultures in our community, Luke and Suzanna ran some language exchanges in Vietnamese and Greek! Children gave us all amazing list of Hello, Thank you, Goodbye and how are you? In a variety of languages 😊
We would like to have a quick mention of the current situation happening within our community and the world. Here at TheirCare we are taking every precaution to ensure children’s safety and hygiene is priority. Currently we are following the advice given to us by schools, the department and our head office. All information that comes to us will be passed on to parents and everyone will be emailed with any changes. In speaking to this we have had to make the decision to change all excursion days to in house days, all of this information was emailed to parents and communication will continue each week to any changes made throughout this period. Thank you for all the understanding you have shown in this difficult time 😊
The holiday program is now only 2 weeks away, our posters are now scattered around the school and flyers are available for everyone in the office and Emu corner. Please book in now to secure your place, particularly on the incursion days which fill up quickly!
Reminder to all parents, guardians and children that we all still need to be wearing our hats and putting on sunscreen. However, some children are still missing hats and they are not able to play outside at before and after school care. Also make sure to come check out the school’s and our lost property as they are both filled with a huge array of hats!

Finally, Parents/Guardians please be aware that afternoons at TheirCare are again reaching full capacity for some days of the week, so please be looking carefully at your bookings each week.
