Aerobic Gymnastics

Calling all boys, girls, parents and staff who love to try something new!

Aerobic Gymnastic are providing a competition as part of the Co-Connect program.   We have provided some routines for you to try.  Alessia McCaig 11 Jenkin is performing the Level 3 beginner routine and Ruby Conti 8 Millward the Level 4 intermediate routine.  Check them out,  choose the routine that is right for you and learn it at your own pace! You can visit the Aerobic Gymnastic Astra page https://astra.girton.vic.edu.au/homepage/8141 for copies of the videos and then post it to the link provided in news!  Remember to save it as your name and Year level. Easy!

The videos will be used to create a collaboration video to be released at the end of week 8.

We will submit your videos to a panel of judges and will have some prizes for the following categories

• The neatest execution
• The most artistic
• The best homemade aerobic outfit
• The best 80’s style aerobic outfit
• The most improved
• Best Skills
• Biggest ‘Wow’ factor
