Wee Waa High School Redevelopment Update

Early planning for a new high school in Wee Waa has been underway since late 2020. This has included master planning, due diligence studies, site investigations, design work, and transport analysis. Comprehensive assessments are continuing and a preferred location for the redeveloped Wee Waa High School has been identified. The attached update will give you a detailed overview and update of the project.

School Cleaning Update

The school was deep cleaned over the June long weekend which has had a positive impact.
Hygienist testing results were all at an acceptable level.
To ensure testing levels remain within a normal/acceptable level, Hygienists will return to Wee Waa High School during the winter holidays.
Deep cleaning will be prioritised should testing indicate the need.
