Year 10 Meningococcal Immunisation Program

The Department of Health is offering a free, one dose, Meningococcal ACWY immunisation program for Year 10 students. The Department of Health Immunisation team will be visiting the College on Wednesday 31 July to administer the vaccine. Students in Year 10 received an information pack and consent form to take home to parents.

Could parents please return completed consent forms by this Monday 1 July, regardless of whether your child is to be vaccinated or not. For more information visit www.healthywa.wa.gov.au/immunisation
