SSV Philip District Swimming Carnival
Maddie A from Year 6, competed in the SSV Southern Penisula Division swimming carnival last Friday. She came 2nd in Freestyle by a finger touch and 1st in Breaststroke by 3 lengths with a time of 44.55 secs. Maddie's next comp will be on April 3rd in the SSV Southern Metropolitan Regional swimming carnival to be swam at YAWA.
Congratulations Maddie and good luck for the next swim.
SSV Phillip District Tennis Tournament
This year, Our Lady of Fatima had two students representing us at the SSV Phillip District Tennis Tournament, Thomas R and Hudson H. This tournament was held on Friday the 3rd of March at the Rosebud Tennis Courts and included competitors from the 10 local schools in the Phillip District.
Thomas R finished in 3rd place in his group. Well done Thomas!
Hudson H finished in 1st place winning by 4-0 in the Grand Final. Well done Hudson!
Hudson has now booked a place in the upcoming Southern Peninsula Division 2023 Tennis Championships that will take place on Thursday the 27th of April at the Peninsula School, Mt Eliza. We all wish you the very best of luck Hudson.
