Dear Families
First, thank you to all our families who were able to attend our Family Picnic last Thursday. it was a wonderful afternoon where staff and families were able to casually mingle and join in some games and activities. The artwork that families were invited to contribute to is now displayed in our School Office for everyone to admire.

Catholic Education Week
This week is Catholic Education Week and it is an opportunity for all Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne to celebrate their Catholic identity, the pivotal role they play within their local community and the strength of the sector. The theme is 'Forming lives of faith, hope and love in the light of Christ'. Each year schools are invited to attend a celebration day at St Patrick's Cathedral with student representatives. Unfortunately for us, this falls on our school photo day so we are unable to attend. However, our students have been engaging in some activities at school in recognition of this special week.

School Photo Day tomorrow
Don't forget tomorrow is our school photos! Like everyday, please ensure your child/ren are in full school uniform.
Tram update
A big shout out and thank you to Rob Jordan, one of our school dads, who has prepared and completed works in getting ready for the arrival of our tram. Rob has been a great help to the school and also worked directly with VicTrams to ensure we are set to go. Fingers crossed that in April we will finally see the tram on our school grounds!
The highly anticipated footy season starts tonight! If your team wins, the following school day students can wear their footy top over their school uniform. Go the DEES!
And finally, happy St Patrick's Day for tomorrow everyone - may your troubles be less and your blessings be more. And nothing but happiness come though your door!
