Classroom News - Year 4

Welcome to Week 10, What a term it has been!

Thank you to all parents and students for their efforts throughout Term 2 and the online learning stage of Term 2, it was a huge learning curve for not only you but for us as teachers as well and we are so incredibly appreciative of the feedback we have received.

Year 4 have enjoyed looking at the Earth and Space in our science unit throughout the past 2 weeks, where they created their own take on Van Gogh's Starry Night.  In week 10 we moved into our Nanberry history unit which we looked back on the book we read as a year group, looking at the expedition of discovery and the affect colonization had on the indigenous people of Australia.

We would like to wish everyone a very safe and happy holidays, and we look forward to seeing everyone back ready to go in Term 3.
