Classroom News - Kindergarten

Kindergarten has been working  very hard this term and we are impressed with the work that they are showing us. 

Have a lovely break and we can't wait to see you again after the holidays. 

Literacy:

Kindergarten are getting very good at reading their 'tricky' words. We are also writing and learning the sounds and names of letters. Kindergarten are working on their pencil grip and letter formations. 

Maths:

This week we are learning about 3D Objects. Please ask us about them as we are very clever in naming parts of 3D objects.

We have also been learning about grouping and counting, as well as adding and subtracting. 

Religion:

We have been learning about God's Family. Kindergarten have learnt about Abraham and Sarah and the story of Jesus being presented at the Temple. We have talked about what we like to do as a family and we're sure that they are looking forward to spending time with their family.
