All booklists and stationery lists with order forms for 2023 are now available from the College website.

2023 Parent Payment Contributions

We have begun handing out the 2023 Parent Payment Contribution forms – each year level is a different colour for ease of collecting the forms once they have been completed.

Year 7 have not yet received their forms – they will be handed out next week, all other year levels have received their 2023 Parent Payment Contribution forms to take home.

These are the Curriculum Contributions amounts we have set for 2023.

Please contact the office if you need another copy – these are also available on our website.

The Curriculum Contribution charge will be split over 4 equal payments due one per term.  You can choose to pay all 4 payments at once or one payment per term.

The 2023 charges will be available on Xuno in January 2023.

If you choose to pay for 2023 charges prior to January, please complete your coloured parent payment form & return to school so I can allocate your payment accordingly next year.

Split Billing

We understand that sometimes family circumstances change and there can be a need for split billing - splitting the charge equally over two parents to pay separately.

The billing of students can be split amongst one or more families for example the mother may pay 50% and the students father the remaining 50% of a particular fee.

We can now add split billing to XUNO for subject charges so please email Katrina.robertson@education.vic.gov.au if you need this capability actioned on Xuno.

Excursion and sport charges can not be split as they are usually small amounts but there is the option for either parent to pay in full.

If you wish to clarify a continued split billing arrangement or to commence a new split billing arrangement please email Katrina at the above email address.
