School Dental Program

Australian Dental Health Victoria – School Dental Initiative.

Dear Parents,

The School Dental Initiative will be visiting St Joseph's to provide free dental check-ups and services for students. This service is bulk billed with Medicare for eligible students under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule. All students will receive a free check-up and Tooth Strengthening Remineralisation! 

For your child to be seen, you will need to fill in and sign the Dental Consent Form that will be sent home next week, and return it to the school as soon as possible. 

Additional Forms are available at the School Office.

The Dental Van will attend St Joseph's in August and we require all forms of those wishing to use this service to be returned to school by the beginning of June.
