Book Week

Last week was the Australian Children's Book Week. The Library celebrated with an amazing display created by the Library captains. Rolling Hills had a book parade of curious creatures on the Thursday, with someone special returning to celebrate. Mrs Nettlebeck (the former librarian) chose our winners. Congratulations to them all! The Children's Book Council of Australia also announced the winners of the CBCA awards. Be sure to check out the lists of notables, shortlisted and winners. The lists can be found here: https://www.cbca.org.au/ There are some fun and exciting books on them!

Book Fair

Next month is the annual Book Fair. Even though it has been continuously pushed back, we are going ahead! It will be during the 23rd to the 27th of November in the Library. The theme is Artic Adventure so be sure to check out the 'snowseme' reads when they arrive at Rolling Hills! More details about the Book Fair will published closer to the date.
