New Beginnings

What an exciting start to the year we’ve had in Prep DR!  Mrs Dwyer and Mrs Roughton have loved getting to know Prep DR during Term 1.  The teachers are very proud of how well the students have settled into school life and how hard they’re trying with their learning. 

Well done Prep DR – we think you’re amazing!

These are some of our highlights…

• Meeting our Year 6 Buddies.
• Having a Teddy Bears’ Picnic with Year 6 Buddies.
• Grandparents coming for morning tea.
• Our first ever school photos.
• The Chinese Lion Dance at assembly (although it was pretty loud)!
• Attending specialist subjects – wow!
• Computer Buddies helping us to use the laptops.
• Making new friends.
• Learning so many new things!
• Using the Smart TV.

Prep DR is also looking forward to their first ever school excursion to Jells Park which will take place in the last week of term.
