OSHC Invoices and CCS issues

Invoices have started to be emailed out with the first sent last week for the period of 28th January to 23rd February

The next invoice is due 29th March for the period of 25th Feb to  15th  March.

With the last invoice to be emailed out 11th April for 18th  March to  5th April.

Please use the payment slips attached until we are able to get all account correct on CCS and the direct debit system is set up for everyone.

The Direct Debt forms will be emailed out to each individual family next week.

“My Gov” Confirmations

We have been able to re-instate all ceased Centrelink enrolments for CCS.

Please make sure you have checked your “MY Gov” account to make sure you have confirmed your enrolment/bookings to ensure the CCS is deducted from your account.

April Vacation Care

Bookings open on Monday 18th March for the April Vacation Care program.

We have some amazing parks visits this holidays and many other great incursions days.

We do have limited numbers each day and January’s program filled up fast.

Please make sure you deliver your forms to the OSHC program directly or email them to wheelershilloshc@gmail.com

Booking forms sent to the office will be given back to the children.
