An afternoon of FUN!

On Wednesday 25 August, students and staff participated in a range of Wellbeing Activities in the afternoon. 

Activities included:

  • Making sausage rolls
  • Sudoku for everyone
  • Mindful Drawing Techniques
  • Readings from Doctor Seuss
  • Scavenger Hunt
  • Origami
  • Escape from the Library
  • 'Learn to Knit' like an Olympian
  • Skipping Competition
  • Yoga Basics

Harry Garside, Olympic Bronze Medalist and past student was online at 1 pm for Q & A and to talk about his success as an Olympian, followed by a boxing workout.

Harry spoke about his Olympics journey, along with some great life lessons of being a good person, maintaining your mental health and working to achieve whatever dreams you have.
