WELLBEING WEDNESDAY
An afternoon of FUN!
On Wednesday 25 August, students and staff participated in a range of Wellbeing Activities in the afternoon.
Activities included:
- Making sausage rolls
- Sudoku for everyone
- Mindful Drawing Techniques
- Readings from Doctor Seuss
- Scavenger Hunt
- Origami
- Escape from the Library
- 'Learn to Knit' like an Olympian
- Skipping Competition
- Yoga Basics
Harry Garside, Olympic Bronze Medalist and past student was online at 1 pm for Q & A and to talk about his success as an Olympian, followed by a boxing workout.
Harry spoke about his Olympics journey, along with some great life lessons of being a good person, maintaining your mental health and working to achieve whatever dreams you have.
