SCHOOL RESOURCE LISTS, FEES & LEVIES 2023 UPDATE

Thank you on behalf of College Council to families who have already paid both elective charges and voluntary levies or have committed to payments plans for 2023.  When budgets are set, we aim to provide the best environment and resources for our students.  We set our levies at a minimum knowing that families have a lot of commitments, but we really do rely on the revenue to allow us to provide a breadth of programmes and resources here at Wheelers Hill Secondary College.  We need your ongoing support to maintain and develop our students and school.  Please make every effort to support this critical component of our whole school funding.

Below is a repeat of the post from the previous newsletter in case it has been missed or overlooked.

2023 Subject Lists Finalised

Please be informed that subjects have been finalised for students for 2023. All content has been uploaded to the Course Confirmation tab on your Dashboard on Compass available at:

Books and Resources for 2023

The Wheelers Hill SC Books and Resources Lists for 2023 are now online for parents to begin placing their orders.  

Ordering is to be completed online using the following link and code:

The code you need to access the list online is 39PP

Parents need to place their orders by Friday 9 December 2022.

Orders will be delivered to the nominated address by 25 January 2023.

The Compass portal also contains agreements, policies and other important information that require your attention. Hard copies of all documentation have also been made available on Compass in the Community Tab - School Documentation – Course Confirmation 2023 Year Level folders.  This facility gives parents/guardians the flexibility to electronically:

• Confirm enrolment and check course selections
• Complete consent of permission forms i.e., authority to publish student image, sports permission, parent occupation update and view agreements based on school policies
• Fully pay or organize instalment payments for levies and charges

The ongoing support of all our families ensures that we can strive to achieve high-quality educational outcomes, excellent facilities and a stimulating learning environment which engages and supports all learners to achieve their personal best. 

Should you wish to set up an alternative payment plan, require different payment preferences or have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the Business Manager at the College via email at business.manager@whsc.vic.edu.au.  Please ensure you have addressed the requirements on Course Confirmation before the end of Term 4, 2022.

Library & Resource Centre 

ClickView is a video resource we subscribe to for educational purposes, but we also have many movies and some TV series. ClickView is single sign-on for our school, so enter via the WHSC home page. 

In addition to the WHSC Library, you will also see a ClickView Secondary Library and ClickView Movies & TV shows. You can access these libraries too!
