MOTHER-DAUGHTER RETREATS AT MANDOON ESTATE, SWAN VALLEY

Cocoon Wellness Retreats are excited to inform you of new dates for their Mother-Daughter retreats at Mandoon Estate, Swan Valley. 

Dr Olivia Chatt and Tania Henry, co-founders of Cocoon Wellness Retreats, have over ten years combined experience working in single-sex education settings and understand the key issues facing teenage girls today. Drs Olivia and Tania are passionate about empowering young women, developing skills in resilience and emotional regulation and working with parents to strengthen their relationships with their daughters. 

We invite the mothers (and their daughters) of your school community to join Drs Olivia and Tania on June 24-25th at Mandoon Estate for a weekend including:

• Accommodation at The Colony, Mandoon Estate
• A series of seminars delivered by Drs Olivia Chatt and Tania Henry 
• Joint activities - yoga, 90-minute kayak, Konga, spa treatments
• All inclusive chef-prepared meals, including a Sunday Long Lunch 

We also offer a 'Big Day Out' one day option including seminars, kayak, and yoga. Our next one day retreat is scheduled for Sunday 2 April.
