LENT

Lent begins this coming week with Ash Wednesday (22 February). There will be a College Mass at 8:10 am in the Chapel for all who wish to attend. 

The following local parishes have masses at the listed times:

• Our Lady of the Mission, Craigie - 6:45am, 9:00am, 7:30pm
• Our Lady of Grace, North Beach - 6:45am, 9:00am
• All Saints, Greenwood - 6:00am, 9:00am
• St Luke's, Woodvale - 9:00am, 7:00pm

All members of our community are encouraged to attend an Ash Wednesday Mass. 

During Lent, the College will be participating in CARITAS’ annual Project Compassion fundraising to collect funds for the world’s poorest people. The 2023 theme of Project Compassion is ‘For All Future Generations’. This phrase is a powerful affirmation that the good that we do today will extend to and impact the lives of generations to come. It is also a call for all of us to play our part in making the world a better place by working together as sisters and brothers in finding long-term solutions to global issues. 

We encourage you to put your Compassion into action this Lent through your prayer, fasting, donating to those in need (almsgiving) and by supporting Project Compassion. 

Each PCG will receive a Project Compassion box for their donations or you can donate online via the Caritas Australia website below.
