OPTIONAL : YEAR 7 CAMP - THE SUMMIT

Dear parents and guardians, The Year 7 Team are excited to announce an additional school camp opportunity to The Summit, Trafalgar East in November 2022 (Term 4). At The Summit, your child will have the opportunity to:

Build confidence, resilience and develop a growth mindset in environments and activities that challenge their comfort zone
Develop life skills that increase their independence, maturity, and self-awareness
Build interpersonal skills and strengthen positive relationships with their peers and staff
Create memories they’ll always remember as part of their journey here at Dromana College

Activities at The Summit include The Summit Window (21 metres), Sky Bridge (60 metres), Giant Swing (22.5 metres), Abseiling (18 metres), The Snowy River Challenge, Initiative Challenges and various night activities.

Dates: Monday 14th November - Wednesday 16th November 2022

Cost: $380, including a $60 non-refundable deposit (Payment plans available and must be completed before departure for camp, please contact the administration office for more information)

Please note that this camp has a limited number of spaces, and places will be given on a first come first served basis. If your child does not attend the camp, then they are expected at school. The event will be open on Compass from 9am on Wednesday the 31st of August.
