Junior School - Term Four Reports

Parents will receive a Semester Two Report at the end of Term Four. Parents will be notified via Astra News.

Senior School – Continuous Reporting on Astra – Term Four

Feedback and Results are published electronically by teachers, when available via Astra, this includes Effort and Dedication. You can expect to receive feedback on your child’s general progress twice per term. Parents will receive an Astra notification each time Assessments or Effort and Dedication grades are published. A “Statement of Results” Report will be published to Astra at the end of Term Four, this report will give an overall of all results for the entire school year.

Accessing Results, Feedback and full Reports via Astra

You can view online feedback and results by logging into ASTRA https://astra.girton.vic.edu.au and selecting the ‘Grades’ tab underneath your child’s photo. You can then select the relevant subject from the drop-down list. If you have not downloaded the Astra App, this is also available on your Astra page.

To access a copy of any saved reports, select the “Academic Reports” button, which is located under your child’s photo, to the right of their Timetable button. Select this and you will see all the Girton Academic Reports. Only Girton Grammar Academic Reports are available via this Astra Icon, if you want other reports e.g. NAPLAN you need to select “Documents” on your opening page, then click on your child’s name to the right of screen, and the other reports will be under the subheading of “Government Reports”.

You can also see your child’s Timetable, Calendar, Due Work and lots more by selecting your child’s name on the left-hand side of the home page. To return to the Astra home page click the Astra logo on the top left.
