Thanks to everyone for continuing to update Xap and utilising it to notify of absences and like posts which is terrific. 

The next steps to complete your child's enrolment record are to;

• Complete all Guardian Education and Occupation Details
• Upload your child's Birth Certificate. This can be done by adding another document under your child's Health & Immunisation details. 

Xap provides an efficient and easy way to collect this data which is required by the Department of Education. Collecting this information assists the kindergarten to receive School Readiness Funding. This is in addition to normal kindergarten funding. The amount of funding each kindergarten receives will be based on the needs of its children, as determined by their parent/guardian occupation and education information.
