Please complete the registration for every child attending. The event includes DJ, snack, drink, sunglasses, face painting (optional), chill out zone.

You will also have the option to purchase glow products on entry - parents can purchase these at the door on arrival. Cash and EFTPOS available.

5pm - 6.15pm: Preps, 1s and 2s

6.30pm - 8pm: Grades 3-6

Drop-off and pick-up procedure:

Children must be signed in and out of their sessions by an adult. Do not drop off your child without signing them in. Please allow time for sign in and sign-out processes (and please expect queuing for sign in and sign out processes) so that we can ensure your child’s safety at all times. For children that require additional support please provide this information in the 'Additional Information' section when booking.

Bookings close - Monday 7th August at 12pm sharp!

IMPORTANT INFO:

Strictly no phones or devices.
Only parent volunteers who are registered to supervise the event are permitted to stay. This event is for current Holy Spirit children only – no younger or older siblings are able to attend.
No ticket sales at the door – please register via trybooking.
Holy Spirit Parents & Friends takes no responsibility for glow sticks purchased or brought into the venue.

Lob-a-choc and FREE DRESS DAY – Friday 18 August

Students are invited to wear free dress on Friday 18th August in exchange for a donation for the lob-a-choc stall at the Fete. The donation can be a family sized block, or a bag/box of chocolates. Please note; absolutely NO NUTS allowed (this includes chocolates that contain Nutella filling).
