Senior School Formal

On Saturday night I was privileged to witness the coming together of two year levels at our Year 11 & 12 Formal. 

In our students deciding and agreeing to combine the senior school for this event this showed a great deal about their ability to problem solve, cooperate, focus on the bigger picture, and find the things that bring them joy, in allowing themselves to move past the obstacles and disappointments of the last two years and recapture what each year level had missed in not being able to attend their individual Year 10 Formals. 

It was clear that everyone enjoyed the opportunity to dance and dress up, create memories and even experience sore feet. The photographer had the busiest night of anyone there.
