CAITLIN BECK (YEAR 7) REPRESENTS WA IN CRICKET

Congratulations to Caitlin Beck (Year 7 Thu Duc) who recently returned from representing WA in the School Sport Australia U12 Cricket Championships in Ballarat, VIC. The team finished 5th with some very competitive performances, unfortunately being hampered by cold and wet weather conditions. 

As the team's wicket keeper, a very determined Caitlin kept for approximately 150 overs across six days. 

Caitlin said the highlights were playing with and against the best U12 female crickets in the country, exchanging state badges with the opposition after each match and sharing lunch with the team from the ACT on the final day.

ERIN KRETSCHMER AND ZAHRA BUCKLEY (YEAR 10) REPRESENT WA IN INDOOR NETBALL

Congratulations to Erin Kretschmer and Zahra Buckley (Year 10 Carden) who recently returned from representing WA at the Australian Indoor Netball Championships in Melbourne, VIC. Erin was a member of the WA Opals 16 & Under team and Zahra was a member of the WA Sapphires 16 & Under team. 

Congratulations also to Mrs Donna Kretschmer, mum of Erin, who represented WA as the Team Manager of the WA Opals 16 & Under team.
