Marimbas -    The Marimba Ensemble will be playing the Riverlinks Cushion Concert at Eastbank on Thursday, May 9 at 10.30 a.m. This concert is open to the public and families are welcome to attend – especially if you have a baby or pre-schooler at home!

Marimba members need to return a permission form.

Jazz Ensemble    - The Jazz Ensemble have entered the Vic. School Music Festival for Jazz Ensemble. This is in Melbourne in August so we have much practising and repertoire to learn. Rehearsals for jazz have started on Tuesdays after school until 4.30 p.m. All players are expected to attend and need to inform Ms Ryan prior to a rehearsal if they cannot attend a rehearsal.

Jazz Ensemble will also be playing at the McGuire College Deb Ball on Friday June 14,and at the Year 7 Information Night on Wednesday, May 15.

Excursion to the Musical 'Sapphires' at Eastbank.

All musicians are encouraged to attend this fantastic musical performance – it has been specially timetabled to enable school students to attend. The performance is on Wednesday, May 22 at 10.30 am.  Subsidised cost is $10 – please see Ms Ryan for a permission form.

School Concert – The Music Department is planning a short concert at 6 pm on Wednesday, June 6. Save the date!

Concert Band -    Wednesday lunchtime and HG time – 12.50 to 1.35

Singers -              Tuesday lunchtime
