SECLs L2P program, delivered in partnership with TAC and the Department of Transport, allows young people aged 16-20 yrs old who have their Learner Drivers Licence to complete the mandatory hours needed to progress to a Probationary Licence (P Plates). Young people are matched with a mentor who teaches them how to use a car and Australian road rules.
