Introducing our new staff
Welcome to our new staff
We are lucky enough to have some fabulous new staff join us at Para Vista Primary School this year. It's exciting to be able to see the knowledge, skills and experience that each one brings to share with our students. Below they introduce themselves.
Belinda Mentha - Arts teacher
I’m Belinda and have a passion for the Performing Arts. I have previously taught at Parafield Gardens Primary, Ardtornish Primary and St Agnes Primary School. I am looking forward to working with all students in all areas of the Arts throughout the year and have already enjoyed seeing them having fun in our lessons. I have been lucky enough to have gone on an excursion with the Festival of Music choir students already too and am excited about seeing them perform later in the year.
Josh Rerden - SSO
Hello, my name is Joshua Rerden and I am one of the new SSOs. I am relatively new to the field and started to work as an SSO in term 3 of last year at a different site. I am really enjoying working at Para Vista Primary School. All of the staff are very supportive and the students are great to work with.

Hi, my name is Sonia. I have worked as an SSO for 9 years and I am passionate about supporting children to grow and become amazing individuals. I love to spend time with my family and friends and enjoy the outdoors and travelling to the river or countryside. I look forward to getting to know all the wonderful students and staff over my first year at PVPS.
Lynn Timmis - SSO
Hi everyone.
My name is Lynn and I was born in Manchester, England. Myself and my family emigrated to Australia in 2011 and settled in the Adelaide area. Before leaving England I was working at Manchester United Football Club.
For the past 2 and a half years I have been working at an OSHC and this year will be my second year working as an SSO. Last year I was at Elizabeth North Primary School.
I started working at PVPS at the start of this year and am absolutely loving being here and meeting all of the staff, children and their families. I hope to meet lots more of you over the coming months.
