Reconciliation week

This week we recognised National Reconciliation Week (NRW).   NRW is held from 27 May to 3 June each year, when all Australians can:

• reflect on our shared histories, cultures and achievements 
• explore how we can join the national reconciliation journey

In the library the junior school acknowledged reconciliation and how we can ‘be the voice of a generation’.

Prep and Year 6 Werribee Zoo Excursion

Last week the Prep and Year 6 Students went on a buddy excursion to Werribee Zoo. We had a fantastic day seeing all of the animals, going on the Safari Bus and playing on the playground. Some of our favourite animals to see were the gorilla, zebras, giraffes, lions and meerkats. We loved being able to spend the day with our buddies.
