Green Magpies

EPS Parent Sustainability Team

We are thrilled to announce the following parents and staff as our inaugural Parent Sustainability Team:

Mrs Davey, Mrs Salm, Miss Chamings, Ms Fitz, Mr Illot, Luci Mayer, Michelle McKinnon and Anthea Wicks.

Green Magpies Logo- Revamped!

Check out our new logo created by the wonderful and talented Mrs Schwencke. We feel this logo better represents the Green Magpies as we strive for 5 stars and look to the future of Sustainability at EPS.

Green Magpies Applications

We have be blown away with the amazing grade 3-6 applications for the Green Magpies. Mrs Davey, Mrs Salm and Miss Chamings will continue to filter through letters, poems, pictures and videos submitted by some very passionate Eco-Warriors here at EPS.

We hope to announce our new Green Maggies this Friday, 10th of March.

UPDATE! 'Repurpose it Sustainability Journey"

Last newsletter, we mentioned that we created a submission for the 'Repurpose It Sustainability Journey" Competition. We are excited to announce that we were runners up! Yipee! We won $1000 towards landscaping materials including compost, mulch and soil to rejuvenate our gardens.

Please click on the video and check out the AMAZING things happening at EPS. We are so proud of our school and our wonderful Green Magpies student action team. Well done to Miss Chamings for her super tech skills and getting it submitted on our behalf so quickly!
