MOTHERS DAY AT MESC

The FFC Mother’s and Special Friends Breakfast and Raffle

On Thursday 11th May the Family and Friends Association held their first event; the Mother’s and Special Friends Breakfast. It was a fabulous event, with over 100 guests attending. Banksia Hall was buzzing with families enjoying connecting and sharing the delicious buffet, whilst enjoying the music provided by very talented students, Emily and Jackson. All mums and special friends were surprised with a small gift to take home, and a couple took home door prizes!

Alongside the event the FFA organised the Mothers Day Raffle. 556 tickets were sold, and it was drawn at the breakfast, with 20 very lovely and generous prizes won. Thank you to everyone who supported this fundraiser by purchasing tickets.

A big thank you to the volunteers who helped organise, set-up and run the breakfast and raffle, and to the MESC staff for their help and support.

The funds raised form the Breakfast ands Raffle will be used to purchase and install new undercover outdoor seating. We look forward to announcing final figures, and to sharing photos of the new seating.
