Mini Vinnies

Mini Vinnies are planning a drive collecting items to give to those who need them when the St A's staff head out on the JPC Companion Van when they need it.

Each year level has been assigned to a particular item for donations. These donations will be distributed when staff volunteer later this term. 

Prep - Toothpaste

Grade 1 - Toothbrushes

Grade 2 - Deodorant

3/4TW - Tissues

3/4LVT - Hand soaps/sanitiser

5/6 - Non-perishable food items

Staff - Longlife milk/water

Our Mini-Vinnies students are also looking at ways we can have a location within our school where we can have donations and collections come in to pass on to JPC.

Class Mass

This week the 3/4 students celebrated a class mass—Thankyou to Fr Chinua for leading this celebration.

St Mary of the Cross

Tuesday, August 8th is the Feast Day of Mary MacKillop - Australia's first saint. We are holding a special liturgy on Tuesday afternoon at 2:20 pm to mark this date. We invite all families to attend.

Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Tuesday, 15th August is the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Father Cinua will be holding a special Mass at St Augustine's on this date at 12:30 pm. We invite all of our families to attend.
