A Few Friendly Reminders...
Grade 5 Parents/Carers: A note to order Grade 6 Graduation Tops for next year, went home on Wednesday to all Grade 5 families. If this was not received, please contact the school to ask for another one to be sent home with your child.
Please ensure this form is returned with payment by Wednesday 12th October, 2022. It is important that orders are received by this date, as only one bulk order will be placed for these tops.
Whole School: On Wednesday 26th October we will be dedicating a whole day to celebrate Italian Day! This week, a note went home to all families to ask for volunteers on the day, if anyone is available to help out. Also, there will be a special lunch of pizza and gelato available on this fun day.
To assist with catering, please ensure this note is returned with full payment for the lunch by Friday 7th October, 2022. Thank you

8.30am - GATES OPEN and classrooms open
8.45am - Gates close and learning begins
11.00am - 11.40am RECESS time
1.30pm - Eating lunch inside
1.40pm - 2.20pm LUNCH time
3.20pm - School finish time
Student Absences
It is a requirement that parents/carers notify the school if their child is sick or away.
A easy way to do this is through the SkoolBag App (see download instructions below). Absence Forms are listed under the tab 'EFORMS'.
Select your child's grade and digitally fill out and sign the form, which is emailed directly to your their teacher and the office.
Alternatively, please email the office at office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or contact the office on 9487 1001.
School Fees and Levies 2022
Please find attached the 2022 School Fee and Levies list.
A friendly reminder to please pay any outstanding amounts as soon as possible.
If you are experiencing any financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact our Principal, Mark on 94871001 to discuss alternate arrangements or by contacting the accounts office via email at accounts@shpreston.catholic.edu.au.
It is important to advise the office if you hold a Healthcare Card or are Full Fee Paying, as these fees will be different.

Asthma (Action Plan) and Allergies
A friendly reminder to please ensure the school receives updated Asthma and/or Allergies Plan for 2022, along with Asthma medication and a Spacer or Epipen.
This needs to be signed by your child's medical professional, and may be forwarded via email to office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or by dropping it into the office.
