FINAL 2021 ICYPOLE FRIDAY THIS WEEK

Sugar Free-zies Day thanks to the No Nasties Project

The No Nasties Project (www.thenonastiesproject.com.au) have kindly donated a range of Icy Stix to assist in our fundraising efforts.  Icy Stix have zero sugar, no preservatives and nothing artificial. 

As usual, preps and grade 1 students will be able to give $1 to their teacher to buy an icypole; students in grades 2 – 6 can purchase one from the hall after the second lunch bell.

 

SUSHI DAY: MONDAY 13TH DECEMBER 

Orders now open in Qkr

We are pleased to be able to fit in a Sushi Day in the last week of term - on Monday next week (13th December).  Sushi days are much loved by many students, and a great fundraising initiative.  We are grateful for the continued support of local business owner, Ming, from Sushi Izu.  When ordering, please make sure you do so through the 'PFA Fundraising & Events' Menu in Qkr, rather than the regular lunch order menu.  Orders can be placed until this Friday (10th Dec).

CHERRY AND TART COLLECTION 

Tues 14th December 3 – 4pm

If you ordered delicious cherries and/or Bakers’ Delight tarts, these will be available for collection from the hall kitchen window between 3 – 4pm next Tuesday.  Any orders not collected will be sent home with children on Wednesday 15th December.

 

SAVE THE DATE: 2022 TWILIGHT FIESTA  

April 2nd 3-7pm

The PFA is excited to announce we are organising a twilight ‘fiesta’ for April 2nd 2022. The focus will be on food, fun and community engagement. Rides and activities will be keep you entertained, local businesses and the PFA will have fabulous food available and we are looking at hosting a number of community market stalls. Plus more…stay tuned for more details, but in the meantime, if you have any ideas, would like to help organise the event, are a local food or market / craft / produce business you feel would be ideal for this event, please reach out to pfa@carnegieps.vic.edu.au
