Words from the Captain!

Over my time here at CSC, I have contributed to many school events and from my first year here I have been a member of the HPV Racing team. Throughout this time I have found new personal challenges to improve on such as public speaking, leadership, and teamwork. In Years 10, 11 and 12, I was appointed team captain which has given me the responsibility to lead the teams to be very successful and improving in various elements each year.

As a team member, I have been able to meet new people from various year levels, teaching them something each year to improve their techniques in vehicle manoeuvring and control, as well a racing learning strategies, and both mental & physical resilience. Most importantly, I am proud of every single person that gets in the trike and has a go at pushing themselves to the limit. If I had not got myself into the Cobram Secondary College HPV team I would have not been able to grow to the person I am now continue to develop my leadership and teamwork skills which has assisted me to achieve my goals. I’m thankful for all Miss DeMoel has done for me and given this opportunity to myself and all other students.
