If you are emailing school in regards to changing your child's afternoon arrangements, can you please make sure you are emailing quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au as both Kate and Tracey have access to this email address. If you send changes to personal email addresses they may be missed, if one of our office staff is on leave. It would also be wonderful if you could put Travel Arrangements as the Subject so we can make it a priority
One Place for All School Events. We are making it easier to stay up to date! We have consolidated our scheduling into the Compass Calendar and removed old external links. For the latest on upcoming events, excursions, and school dates, please make the Compass Calendar your first point of reference. You can view day, week, month etc. and also 'Schedule' which is a list format to help keep you organised and if there is additional information to share, it can be found in the event . What you need to know
At St Joseph's, we are committed to ensuring our staff are refreshed and ready to give their best to your children every day. To support this, we encourage our team to fully disconnect from work during evenings and weekends.
We kindly ask parents to refrain from sending emails or messages out of hours. If you are catching up on admin in the evening, please use the "Schedule Send" feature to ensure your email arrives after 8:30 AM on a school day. Our staff will respond as soon as their teaching and morning duties allow. Thank you for supporting our team’s work-life balance!
Want to send an email and have it arrive during school hours? Use the Schedule Send feature to have your message land in a teacher’s inbox at 8:30 AM.

WEEK 8 - Book your 3 Way Conference today
3 Way Parent Student Teacher Conference Instructions
We encourage all parents/carers to attend the 3 Way Parent, Student & Teacher Conferences that will be held in Week 9 and Week 10. The aim of these meetings is for your children to be able to showcase work they are proud of and it is also an opportunity for parental input into individual learning goals.
Please follow these instructions to book your interview time with your child's teacher:
Bookings are made more easily from a device other than a phone. If you are having trouble making a booking, please call Kate in the front office and she will be able to help you.
Please take the time to go to to the Parents, Teachers and Friends page of this newsletter for some fantastic updates from the March meeting.
