Next Community Group meeting next Tuesday, June 2nd at 5.30pm in the staffroom.  

ALL WELCOME.  

Please note TIME AT 5.30pm. (We discussed that the meeting could be alternated bi-monthly to 7pm/5.30pm)   

Agenda items will include: 

• Other fundraising and or social ideas for the year 
• Term 3 pie drive 
• Colour run in term 4
• Official community group positions- we are looking for  - President/Chair - Vice President/vice chair  - Social coordinator  - Minute keeper/secretary 
• Bunnings BBQ - June 14th 
• End of term 2 BBQ 

🪴 Sensory Garden🪏

⭐️INCASE YOU MISSED LAST NEWSLETTER ⭐️ 

The exciting news that the sensory garden that we’ve been fundraising for and dreaming of for many, many years is officially on paper! Thanks to Donna, Shepp access and many people in the background. ( There are a few little technical things that need to still be finalised).  

Community Group moved that from the funds $25,000 will be allocated to help start this major project.  

Bunnings BBQ 🌭 

Our first Bunnings BBQ for 2026 is not that far away.  We will be there Sunday 14 June from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

👚👗Pre loved Uniforms 👔👕 

Thank you Michelle and Aimee for opening our pre loved uniform shop.  

Next date: Thursday June 11, 3.10-3.40. EFTPOS and Cash available.

⚽️ Soccer 🥅 Netball 🎽 

 Both soccer and netball for St Luke’s is going well. All teams are putting in their best efforts and having fun. If you’d like to support our teams and are free on a Saturday, head down to the sports precinct throughout the day and you’ll be able to spot a team or two giving it their best shot!  

A BIG SHOUT out to our amazing soccer and netball delegates, coaches, and team managers. Life is busy for everyone, and it’s appreciated that you give your time to support our little athletes! Without you we wouldn’t be able to have teams, your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.  

Training continues Wednesdays after school.  

🌭 End of Term 2 BBQ- June 26 🏝️ 

A lovely tradition that community group presents is, end of term 2 BBQ/sausage sizzle.  

Free sausage sizzle for students, various helpers required from 9.30am-2pm. Any amount of time is appreciated, no need to stay for the whole time! WWCC is required.
