CHICAGO - a smash hit success!
Koonung Secondary College
It had it all........
Congratulations to everyone - your dedication, collaboration and creative exploration has paid off!
We could not be more proud of the cast and crew, who invested hours into ensuring another high-quality, full-scale production. This musical featured it all from singing, dancing and acting, with stunning costumes, sets and lighting, and of course, show-stopping hits!
Our talented Koonung Secondary College students brought the 1920s to life on the Koonung Stage. With great music and shocking tales of murder and betrayal, it was indeed an amazing night out. Thank you to all cast members, and also to the production team of teachers, past students and parent volunteers. It has been a shared undertaking of collaborative teamwork and the result was nothing less than spectacular!
“Congratulations to the cast, crew and production team for another fantastic production! Behind the scenes the Koonung Theatre Parents had almost as much fun as the students and we are already looking forward to 2026! Thanks to everyone who leant a hand with costumes, sets, fundraising and front of house. For anyone who would like to get involve in future shows we are always happy to welcome new parent helpers to our Koonung Theatre community. Watch out for further details following the announcement of next year’s show in term 4!...Katherine Harding, Koonung Theatre Parents”
