Come along on Thursday, 8 October, and bring the whole family for a FREE day of fun, learning, and community connection.
Learn about our first responders and the work they do to protect and serve our community.
There will be lots to learn with activities and demonstrations from the NSW Police, Fire and Rescue NSW, SES Auburn Station, and Corrective Services!
This is a great opportunity for all ages to gain a behind-the-scenes look at emergency services and the people who protect and serve our community every day.

Join Cumberland City Council as we celebrate 90 years of Granville Swim Centre.
Since 1936, Granville Swim Centre has been a place where residents have learned to swim, stayed active, connected with their community and created lasting memories.
Residents will receive free entry to the pools and can enjoy a day packed with family-friendly activities and entertainment, including:
- Live music
- Face painting
- Balloon art
- Synchronised swimming displays
- Mermaid performances
- Facility tours
- A historical exhibition
- Membership promotions and more

6 October 2026 - In this hands-on cooking program, children will learn simple, healthy recipes while having fun in the kitchen.
In this hands-on cooking program, children will learn simple, healthy recipes while having fun in the kitchen. From mixing and measuring to tasting their creations, it’s a great way to build confidence and life skills. A step-to-step guide will be provided to the children to ensure they are able to get the basics of cooking, creating little chefs.
PLEASE NOTE:
One ticket per child, accompanying parent/ caregivers do not require a ticket. If you can no longer attend the program please advise to cancel your ticket so another child can attend. Parents are required to stay on site with their child/ren for the entire duration of the program.
