    - Learning sentence.

   - We have learned that Aboriginal people were the first people to come to Australia. 

   

• 🚀 If you could go anywhere, where would you go and who would you take with you?

  - I would go to another country like Afghanistan with my Mom to meet her mom, grand mother and her sisters.

• What was your first day at School/GEPS like?

  - My first day was exciting but a little nerve racking. I enjoyed meeting everyone and quickly felt welcomed and comfortable.

   

• What are 3 words to describe your school Journey?

  - Challenging

  - Rewarding

  - Memorable

   

• What is something new you've learned this year?

  - I’ve learned that every student learns differently and as a teacher you need to be flexible and adapt to their needs.

   

• If your learning journey was a vehicle (rocket, bike, boat etc), what would it be and why?

  - A roller-coaster! There have been ups, downs and challenges but I’ve learned so much and enjoyed the journey.

   

• If you could go on an adventure anywhere, where would you go and who would you take with you?

  - I’d travel around the world with my husband and kids, experiencing different countries, cultures and foods while making memories together.

• What was your first day at School/GEPS like?

  - I was very excited to start working at GEPS, so my first day was filled with a lot of positivity and excitement. That feeling matched perfectly with the warm and welcoming environment at GEPS. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they made me feel like a part of the GEPS family almost instantly. It was a lovely start. 

   

• What are 3 words to describe your school Journey?

  - Learn

  - Grow

  - Friendship

   

• What is something new you've learned this year?

  - I’ve learnt to be more resilient and calm when things don’t go according to plan. I think it comes with age! I’ve also learnt to appreciate and love life more, and to let go of the things that are beyond my control. Sometimes, learning to accept what we cannot change is one of the most valuable lessons life can teach us.

   

• If your learning journey was a vehicle (rocket, bike, boat etc), what would it be and why?

  - My learning journey would have to be a train! I believe learning is a lifelong journey and it never really ends. Just like a train, we keep moving from one station to another, picking up new experiences, knowledge and lessons along the way. Every stop teaches us something different, and there is always another destination ahead.

   

• If you could go on an adventure anywhere, where would you go and who would you take with you?

  - I will be going to Bali soon with my husband and our kids! This will be our first overseas trip together in many years, so we are all very excited. I’m really looking forward to spending quality family time together, exploring a new place and most importantly making some special memories with my family.
