Our Visit to Hobart Zoo and Aquarium

We had such a wonderful day at the Hobart Zoo and Aquarium! The children loved exploring and seeing so many amazing animals.

A highlight was feeding the Kangaroos and Highland cows. We also loved seeing the Capybaras and Lions, especially when we heard the Lion roar!

We enjoyed seeing lots of Australian animals, including a sleepy koala and a big wombat. We also loved visiting the bird aviary and watching the birds fly past us.

Our zoo visit linked closely with our learning about animals, their features and life cycles. It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to see the animals in real life and talk about what makes each animal special.

We had the best time!
