Division Athletics

On Thursday, 11th of September, 13 students participated in the Hobsons Bay Division Athletic carnival. We had a successful day with 3 students progressing to the Western Metro Region Event. 

Dut in 3/4LM for High Jump, Sofia in 5/6A for Long Jump and Ciara in 5/6D for Discus. All of the students gave it their best efforts and they should be all very proud with their efforts. 

Rugby Gala Day

On Friday, 5th of September, our school participated in a tag rugby competition which was held at Newport Gardens Primary School. The team was made up of 11 students from year 5 and 6. The day began with a 40 minute training/warm up session run by NRL Victoria coaches, after that we got into our scheduled matches. We played 3 different games and showed great sportsmanship and teamwork, which resulted in us winning our matches.
