2024 SCHOOL FEES

A friendly reminder that school fees are due for payment in full by the 27th September 2024, (unless other arrangements have been made).

School fees may be paid either in full or by instalment.  A recurring BPAY payment is the recommended option for instalments.  

Payment options include:

🟢  EFTPOS  -  available at the school front office and over the phone

🟢  Compass Pay

🟢  Cash or Cheque

🟢  ADIG direct debit  -  please contact Ms Hogan if you would like further information         about this option.

Please remember, if you are experiencing difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact the school office to arrange a payment plan.  

School fees are required to cover our running costs so it is important that your account is paid on time.  Thank you for your co-operation. 

IMPORTANT REMINDER

RETURNING MONIES TO SCHOOL - When returning notes to school which require money to be sent with them, please ensure to put the note along with the money in an envelope or sandwich bag. This is to prevent monies being mixed up or lost.

FULL SUMMER UNIFORM

Hello Spring!!! 

We have officially changed over to the Summer Uniform and we wish to remind parents to ensure your child is wearing the correct uniform.

Uniform Policy Reminder: 

Wearing a uniform gives a sense of belonging and pride in oneself and school. 

If you require any clarification regarding the school uniform, please refer to the full uniform policy below:

Clothing Pool:

The St Francis Xavier's Clothing Pool is open daily between the hours of 8:45am and 2:30pm to purchase quality second hand items for $2 per item. 

If families are sorting through school uniforms, we will gladly accept any pre loved uniforms. 

2024 ANNUAL SATISFACTION SURVEY

An annual satisfaction survey of parents, students and staff will be conducted on behalf of all Catholic schools in the Diocese this term. The surveys are designed to gather feedback from parents, staff and students about our school and will be used to inform school improvement. Responses are confidential, and individuals can not be identified. 

The survey was sent out via Compass last week. If you do not receive an email with a link to the survey, you can access and complete the survey via the following link.

The survey will close on Wednesday, 4 September 2024.

LOST PROPERTY

If your child has misplaced any belongings please ask them to check the lost property located in the Office. Any uniform item not claimed by the end of the Term will donated to the clothing pool. All other items not claimed by the end of the Term will be donated to Vinnies.
