Camps, Sport and Excursions Fund- CSEF 2026

Parents/carers holding a means tested Concession Card, Foster Parents, Veterans Affairs Gold Card holders and Youth Allowance Card holders, may be eligible to apply for the Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF).

The Centrelink Card must be valid on Tuesday 27th January 2026 or Monday 20th April 2026.

Eligible applicants will have the funds paid directly into their family account at Ballarat High School.  These funds can be allocated to school charges, according to the Policy and parent preferences. 

The secondary per student amount is $400 in 2026 (current at time of publication – subject to confirmation). 

Applications close on Friday 19th June 2026.
