Trivia Fundraising Night: Friday 13 November
Get your thinking caps on! Our 2026 Trivia Fundraising Night is on Friday 13 November at the Moama Bowling Club, and everyone is welcome: school families, staff, friends and community supporters.
Last year’s inaugural event was a wonderful night of fun, friendly competition and community spirit, and we can’t wait to do it all again. All proceeds will go towards Stage 2 of our Multi-Purpose Stadium Development, so every ticket makes a real difference for our students.
Gather your family and friends and book a table, or come along on your own and join a team on the night. Bookings can be made via TryBooking at https://www.trybooking.com/DQIYV, or by contacting Hannah at the school office (direct debit or cash accepted).
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, many of whom are new this year, our raffle features 20 fantastic prizes, with something for everyone. Please share it with your family and friends to help us raise as much as possible. There will also be a silent auction on the night. You can purchase raffle tickets here.
A big thank you to all our sponsors and supporters. We look forward to seeing you there!
Snake Season
With the warmer weather arriving, snakes are becoming more active, and given our school’s location near grasslands and waterways, we may see the occasional snake around the grounds. Our staff have clear procedures in place and will arrange for any snake to be safely removed by trained professionals. We’d appreciate your help in reminding your children what to do if they see a snake: stay calm, move well away, never approach or touch it (even if it looks dead), and tell a teacher straight away. Thank you for helping us keep our school community safe this spring and summer.
Early Learning Centre
Construction of the Early Learning Centre continues to progress on schedule for an early December completion. This week saw the beginnings of the playground, with shade sail poles installed. Families interested in securing a place for 2027 for Preschool for your 3 or 4 year old are encouraged to contact our Early Learning Centre Director Mrs Adele Ridge.
Kind regards,
