Celebrating Our NAPLAN Success!

We are so proud to share our 2026 NAPLAN results, with our students excelling across the board.

As a staff our focus is not so much on the individual results of the students, rather it is on the results of the school. We are interested in the results of the 2026 cohort but also in the results of previous cohorts, in order to track trends and areas of the curriculum we can improve student performance. 

The NAPLAN results are a single set of assessments that provide data on the students' learning up to that point. For a student in Year 3 for example, it provides us information on their learning up to and including Term One of Year 3.  

In our school review last year we set targets for us to work towards in 2029.

Strong growth for our learners

It's not just about where students land, it's about how far they've travelled. A great majority of our students showed high or medium growth between Year 3 and Year 5 in Reading, Writing, Spelling, Numeracy and Grammar & Punctuation, a wonderful reflection of the hard work of our students and the dedication of our teaching team.

Looking ahead

While we're incredibly proud of what our students have achieved, we know the work doesn’t end here. Our teachers use these results to highlight where our students are showing great strength and where we can continue to stretch their learning.

A huge congratulations to our students for their effort, and a big thank you to our teachers and families for the wonderful support that makes results like these possible. Here's to continued learning and growth in the year ahead!
