EASTER RAFFLE & GUESS-A-JAR!
We are officially launching our Easter raffle and Guess-A-Jar today!
Guess-A-Jar is running every morning before the bell with the help of our year 5/6 students. For $1, the children are given a chance at a guess, and many have already eagerly had a go this morning. This will run up until the last day of school or until all the guesses have been chosen.
Raffle tickets were sent home today. Tickets are $1 each. Additional tickets are available from the office should you wish to purchase more.
The deadline to have tickets returned by is Wednesday 1st April. The raffle and Guess-A-Jar winners will be revealed on Thursday afternoon 2nd April before the home bell.
We have some great hampers and some extra bonus prizes to be won and we look forward to announcing the winners soon!
HARMONY DAY
Next Monday is Harmony Day and we are inviting our parents to join us in the courtyard for a coffee and cupcake. We have had some recent troubles with our coffee machine but hope to have it working on the day. Should the machine decide not to work on the morning of, we’ll still have hot teas and coffees available via the urn. Thank you in advance to Sophie (Eddie 1/2SP) for providing us with the cupcakes.
CAKE RAFFLE
Next term we kick off our cake raffle! Cake raffle runs in Term 2 & 3, and we would love some of our families to donate a cake or other baked goods. If you would like to contribute one week, we have posted a sign-up sheet in the office. Please feel free to put your name down on a date that suits.
SECOND-HAND UNIFORM SHOP
Our second-hand uniform needs a little love. We have had an influx of donations since the end of last year, and would love for anyone who has some free time to come down and sort through and organise them into type and size order.
For any future orders, we ask that they be laundered, bagged, and dropped in the white tub marked “Uniform Donations” in the Community Hub. We also ask parents to try to keep the shop in a tidy condition by folding and returning any uniforms neatly after inspecting or trying on.
