Junior School News

Year 3 to Year 6

As Term 2 comes to a close, we reflect on the many wonderful moments and achievements across our Junior School community

Eagles Cup Triumph!

The Year 6 Eagles Cup was a fantastic success, with Salvado’s Netball, Football, and Soccer teams proudly representing our school. Each team showed great sportsmanship, teamwork, and school spirit throughout the competition. A special congratulations to our B Netball Team, who secured a thrilling victory in the final against Sacred Heart CPS with a score of 19 to 10! What an incredible achievement!

A Sacred Celebration – Sacrament of Reconciliation

This term, some of our Year 3 students participated in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, marked by a beautiful liturgy that brought together staff, students, families, and the wider community. It was a truly special and reflective occasion, highlighting the spiritual growth of our students.

Looking ahead to Term 3, our Year 4 students will begin their preparation for the Sacrament of First Holy Communion. We look forward to supporting them on this important journey in their faith development.

Year 4 Assembly – A Message of Resilience

Last week’s Year 4 Assembly was a standout event, focusing on the theme of resilience and the importance of learning from challenges and moving forward. The students delivered a thoughtful and inspiring performance that resonated with all who attended. Well done to everyone involved!

A Heartfelt Thank You to Ms Partington

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mrs Parkington for her dedication and care in leading the Year 5R class this semester. Her ability to build warm and supportive relationships with her students has helped them grow both academically and personally. Her commitment to their learning journey has been truly appreciated by students, families, and staff alike. We wish her well for her pathway ahead.
