Wellbeing Matters

Gratitude
In the last week of term 1students Wellbeing invited students in to reflect and give thanks for things they were grateful for ... and pick up a chocolate egg. This inspired many kind and considerate tributes to friends, family and teachers. Plus lots of happy smiles!
Food & Support for families
BayCISS is our local community information and support service based in Hampton. They have a new partnership with Wilson Community House at 223 Balcombe Road, Beaumaris.
Anyone needing food, support and connection can Drop In Tuesday's 10am to 1pm.
Connecting Young Carers
Young person (aged 12–25) providing unpaid care to a family member or friend are invited to join online Zoom sessions run by the National Carer Network. This is a safe and welcoming space where young carers can connect, share experiences, and feel supported.
Balancing study, life and caring responsibilities can be challenging, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
